Why Donate to Waters Elementary School?
The funds raised by WatersToday sustain the renown Ecology program and the Music program at Waters School. WatersToday bridges the financial gap left by insufficient Chicago Public School funding.
Through the generosity of our families and community, WatersToday has been able to fully fund the school Ecology program and supplement the monies allocated by Chicago Public School for a full-time Music teacher rather than a part-time teacher.
In recent years, WatersToday has also funded school-wide needs such as recess/lunchroom support, a keyboarding program, and renovation of a middle school science lab.
None of this would not be possible without your donations.
While our pledge drive is in the fall, it is never too late to give or pledge, and every single donation, large or small, is greatly appreciated and makes a difference for the students of Waters Elementary.
Thank you for supporting Waters Elementary School.
